Edward J. Mullins III

As your lawyer, my purpose is to resolve your legal issues with the attentiveness and efficiency that they deserve. Whether criminal, civil, or transactional, your concerns, priorities, and goals are mine. I deliver focused and effective legal services that apply my knowledge of the legal system to your advantage. I provide strong representation to build even stronger client relationships. My unwavering commitment to total client satisfaction is the driving force behind my general practice.

Before founding Hudson Law Firm, I represented Fortune 500 entities like pharmaceuticals, banks, manufacturers, telecoms, and tech companies relating to contract, consumer fraud, privacy, shareholder, white collar, accident, and intellectual property disputes and class actions with international law firms in New Jersey and New York. I also prosecuted consumer fraud and data privacy matters for the Government & Healthcare Fraud Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General against ratings agencies, tech companies, and banks.

Born in Secaucus and raised in North Bergen, I reside in Bayonne with my wife, son, and daughter, and our dog. I am a parishioner of St. Henry's R.C. Church.

"I always tell my clients that, no matter the severity of the legal issue they are facing, it is only a moment in time and it will pass."
